Where are the products shipped from?
All our products listed as "available" are in stock and shipped from our company headquarters in Melbourne, Australia. All packaging and labeling are done by our friendly team in Melbourne.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Unless advertised or applying a special coupon, Koseli charges a $10 flat rate applies for Australia wide standard shipping, or $15 for express shipping. For orders outside Australia, shipping rates vary. All this will be automatically calculated at check-out, before you enter you are asked to enter your card details.

When will my amazing product be dispatched?
Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order after it is placed. Generally, if you place an order before 10am, it will be picked up by our courier that same day. Anything after 10am will most likely be posted the following day.
